1. We maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that may contain individual contact details and records of our communications. This is generally limited to people with whom we have had actual business contact through emails, conversations, meetings or other communications, or who have voluntarily provided us with their contact details.

We retain much of our electronic information indefinitely (e-mails, project files etc). We retain past project information for reference purposes. We destroy (fine-cut shred) all hand written information about projects and clients within 12 months of the end / conclusion of a project.

6. Does Kingsford Consulting Ltd Transfer your Personal Information Outside the Country?

Kingsford Consulting Ltd is based in Ontario, Canada and uses a variety of data-storage, communications and cloud-based applications in the normal operation of our business.

Some of these services may store or process information outside Canada. Where we use third-party service providers, we take reasonable steps in their selection and use to ensure that information is handled and protected appropriately.

Information stored or processed in another country may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Where we use AI, it is as a tool to support our professional work and judgement. Responsibility for the analysis, advice and work we provide to our clients remains with Kingsford Consulting.
