“If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs …”. *

Embracing Chaos

About 2500 years ago, 100km west of Shanghai, a young military scholar developed some unconventional ideas about strategy. He took the surprising step of documenting them in a book he called “The Art of War”.  Importantly for our SMB clients, his approach was very much that of the underdog:

And

Chaos

We are now, undoubtedly, in a state of chaos. The modern world has seen the United States as its lynchpin. Love them or hate them – you knew what  motivated them, how they might react and what you could do about it.Now, that lynchpin is gone. The world order has become unglued and we are hunting for equilibrium. Chaos.

Opportunity

There is a massive realignment taking place in every aspect of human life. Just look at the travel industry, supply chains, government investment and government divestment, military expansion, education, immigration, housing. The big names make the news (Harvard, GM, Boeing, TD) but the ripples of opportunity are growing exponentially. IT’S. ALL. CHANGING.

You

Where do you start? Do you hunker down and wait for the storm to pass? Good luck with that. Do you pivot to a new market? Do you change staff?  Do you look for new partnerships? Do you develop new products or services?  You know you should be doing something. Your employees expect you to be doing something.

You are keen to get going but even the best leaders can’t read the label from inside the bottle. That’s where we come in—offering a clear outside perspective when things feel fuzzy inside.

We work with CEOs and investors to identify new go-to-market strategies that capitalize on chaos and accelerate revenue.

See you next time,

Andrew
